haha. most people on here are bothered by my cranks. but i'm a 117 lb girl...it's really hard for me to break things that most guys would.

only thing new is the seat and the grips. people bitched about the old seat a lot so i figured i'd post it.

okay well if that's the case here's the technical explanation. i've had a both an mtb and a bmx BB in this frame with no issues.

68mm is the BB shell width.
40mm is the BB shell diameter...which i think is what he's asking about.
113mm and up is the BB spindle width...i ran a 118 'cause i had the bike SS and the chainline worked best like that.

it is. but i've only used it on road bikes. it's going on the P.2 when i get back to cali. working in the same shop for 5 years has it perks. haha.

i've had it since '07 now with no problems. i lube the seals every now and then, but that's about it. it rides a bit stiffer than say the DJ series, but i got used to it. the rebound is mad responsive too, which i like. i'd say go for it if you're looking into one.
